CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 Changes And Cancellations

Customers may make changes in reservations upon verification of original documents by paying the applicable charges.

If passengers wish to cancel and refund due any reason, he/she must cancel the reservation 72 hours prior. All Airlines reserve the right to deny boarding who does/do not comply with their laid-down procedures.

Change of bookings are allowed on certain  tickets *Conditions apply*. please enquire at time of booking, Promotional fare tickets are Non-transferable, Non-Endorseable & Non re-routable.

All un-utilized Tickets may be acceptable for refund *Conditions Apply* ,  All date changes and refunds will incur a service charge fee in addition to the airlines charges and we reserve the right to charge a maximum of £25.00 in such cases . Date changes of inbound (returning Passengers) can only be done by the passenger by visiting the local airline offices abroad or under certain conditions/circumstances by contacting us , we will not accept any such requests from anyone except the concerned passenger.

You must contact us to change or cancel your trip. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant airline The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you of the amount refunded by the carrier plus our service charges.

If you want to cancel or change your booking, card fees or bank charges will not be refundable. If the cancellation means that the Supplier charges a cancellation charge (which in some cases can be 100% of the booking value) or if the change means that the cost of your booking has increased (i.e.;, you wish to upgrade), you will need to pay our service charges of £25.00 in addition that our travel consultant will advise you. In any case deposits are non refundable.

Administrations Charges

We reserve the right to charge a maximum fee of £25.00 to cover our Administration costs in any event.

 No show

In case of missed flights  you do not show up to check-in, and do not avail yourself of the ticket purchased you will be charged a No Show Fee and a rebooking fee , you may not be entitled to any refund depending on the fare rules of the ticket. You may, however, be entitled to a refund of a portion but not all of the taxes you may have paid for your flight.

Temporary Booking  General Information

Provisional Bookings made are temporary and must be purchased by the given time limit. Please contact us with the booking confirmation number (sent to your email address at the end of a booking) or print a copy of itinerary upon completion of booking, to make the payment and avoid cancellation. Please note that  reservations will not be considered as confirmed unless a valid ticket is purchased.

No fares are guaranteed and are only valid at time of quotation or usually 4 hours and until a purchase completed.

Terms and conditions and/or other information including but not limited to penalties, free baggage allowances, refunds and changes in reservations provided through this website may be updated, amended, changed or removed by Global Service Travel (UK) Limited at anytime and without further notice to you. In case of any conflict, the airline’s viewpoint shall prevail with respect to the above.

 Seat allocations

This option is available for certain carriers and can be requested at time of booking and important to note that some airlines charge for this, As such we do not have control over  seat assignment/allocation , if you have particular seat requests, you should check-in at the airport giving ample time to secure such requests or contact the airlines directly.

Baggage

You will usually be permitted a free checked baggage allowance and a free cabin baggage allowance, the limits of which differ by airline, class and/or route. The amount of checked baggage you are allowed depends on your class of travel/destination. Several leading carriers have now introduced additional charges for checked baggage on either a piece or weight basis. It is recommended that cabin baggage is kept to a minimum. Extra charges may apply for checked baggage in excess of the permitted allowance. Please ask the airline for more specific information as these rules vary from time to time. You can refer to www.iata.org/bags for information and links. For safety reasons dangerous articles must not be packed in checked or cabin baggage. Restricted articles include, but are not limited to, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances and briefcases with installed alarm devices.

 Denied boarding, cancellation or flight delays

Under European law you have rights in some circumstances to refunds and/or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Full details of these rights are publicized at European airports and will also be available from airlines. However reimbursement in such cases is the sole responsibility of the airline. If your airline does not comply with these rules you should complain to the Air Transport Users’ Council on 020 7240 6061 or at the website www.auc.org.uk

We are IATA Accredited and all flight booking on the website are subject to IATA terms and condition which are incorporated therein.

ATOL –(Air Travel Organisers License protection)  (85331)

We are ATOL protected, Please note that this section does not apply to all flights and we do not hold deposits for advance bookings. We provide you with security for the monies that you pay for services and for your repatriation, on purchase of your flights and tickets issued  we ensure all payments due to the airlines  are paid in full on a weekly basis. Weather

We will not be held responsible for any disruption to your flights due to adverse weather conditions.

Telephone calls

We reserve the right to randomly record telephone calls to ensure that our customer service is constantly reviewed.

If something goes wrong

If a problem occurs whilst you are abroad, you must inform the relevant carrier. If the carrier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you should contact us on 020 8521 1226 so that we can endeavour to help. If your complaint is not resolved at the time, you must notify us at the earliest opportunity and contact us within 14 days of your return.

Reconfirming all Flights

You must contact us or the airline at least 72 hours prior to the departure time shown on your ticket to confirm that there have been no changes. This applies to both outbound and return flights. We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to your failure to reconfirm flights. Reconfirming your flight at least 72 hours before departure is a mandatory requirement.

Pregnancy and children

Some airlines refuse to carry women who will be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of return travel. Please check with the airline concerned as their rules may vary and also consult your doctor. Infants must be 6 weeks old or more to travel by air and must either sit on an adult’s lap or occupy an infant seat. Please contact the airline you are travelling with for details of appropriate seats. Generally children aged 2 years or more must occupy a seat. A child must be under 2 years of age on the date of their return flight to be entitled to the infant fare level which is usually 10% of the IATA published fare.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance to cover (as a minimum) the costs incurred if you cancel your trip, the cost of emergency medical assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness whilst you are abroad and it is your responsibility to ensure the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. It is your responsibility to comply with the insurance company`s requirements and your duty to disclose to the insurance company all relevant information e.g. pre-existing illnesses etc.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS used for Ticket purchase(s) may be required for verification at the time of Airport check-in

    1. A passenger who has made booking(s)/Ticketing (whether for his/her travel alone or for a group of persons travelling with him/her) using his/her own credit / debit card is not necessarily required to be a part of travelling party.
    2. Customers may be required to present the credit / debit card used for any purchase.
    3. Customers may make changes in reservations upon verification of original documents by paying the applicable charges, Re-routing & divide passengers are permitted.
    4. If passengers wish to cancel and refund, he/she must cancel the reservation 72 hours prior.

Airlines may change schedules/timings of flights and passengers are required to check with us or the airlines for such updated schedule changes,  reconfirmation 72 hours prior of flights both outbound and inbound is a mandatory requirement and is the sole responsibility of the passenger

CHECK-IN

International passengers should arrive at the airport three (03) hours prior to your scheduled departure time, Domestic Passengers (within Pakistan) should arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.. When going through security, please have your National Identity Card (CNIC) and valid Passport along with printed copy of your-ticket before entering airport restricted areas for necessary verification.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the sole responsibility of the passengers to ensure that all necessary documents are valid and in good order prior to making travel arrangements, we shall bear no responsibility on this part, please see a general check list below for reference,

  • Valid Passport together with a valid Visa or National ID Card (CNIC) Computerized
  • Printout of reservations or E-ticket confirmation receipt sent to passengers email address.
  • Original Credit / Debit Card used for Ticket Purchases
  • any travel vaccinations or certificates if required
  • fit to travel certificates in case of disability or illness and special requirements.
