Customers may make changes in reservations upon verification of original documents by paying the applicable charges.
If passengers wish to cancel and refund due any reason, he/she must cancel the reservation 72 hours prior. All Airlines reserve the right to deny boarding who does/do not comply with their laid-down procedures.

All un-utilized Tickets may be acceptable for refund *Conditions Apply* , All date changes and refunds will incur a service charge fee in addition to the airlines charges and we reserve the right to charge a maximum of £25.00 in such cases . Date changes of inbound (returning Passengers) can only be done by the passenger by visiting the local airline offices abroad or under certain conditions/circumstances by contacting us , we will not accept any such requests from anyone except the concerned passenger.
You must contact us to change or cancel your trip. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant airline The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you of the amount refunded by the carrier plus our service charges.
If you want to cancel or change your booking, card fees or bank charges will not be refundable. If the cancellation means that the Supplier charges a cancellation charge (which in some cases can be 100% of the booking value) or if the change means that the cost of your booking has increased (i.e.;, you wish to upgrade), you will need to pay our service charges of £25.00 in addition that our travel consultant will advise you. In any case deposits are non refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a maximum fee of £25.00 to cover our Administration costs in any event.
In case of missed flights you do not show up to check-in, and do not avail yourself of the ticket purchased you will be charged a No Show Fee and a rebooking fee , you may not be entitled to any refund depending on the fare rules of the ticket. You may, however, be entitled to a refund of a portion but not all of the taxes you may have paid for your flight.
Provisional Bookings made are temporary and must be purchased by the given time limit. Please contact us with the booking confirmation number (sent to your email address at the end of a booking) or print a copy of itinerary upon completion of booking, to make the payment and avoid cancellation. Please note that reservations will not be considered as confirmed unless a valid ticket is purchased.
No fares are guaranteed and are only valid at time of quotation or usually 4 hours and until a purchase completed.

Under European law you have rights in some circumstances to refunds and/or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. If a problem occurs whilst you are abroad, you must inform the relevant carrier. If the carrier cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you should contact us on 020 8521 1226 so that we can endeavour to help. If your complaint is not resolved at the time, you must notify us at the earliest opportunity and contact us within 14 days of your return.
You must contact us or the airline at least 72 hours prior to the departure time shown on your ticket to confirm that there have been no changes. This applies to both outbound and return flights.
